The Excellence Initiative is a six-month virtual entrepreneurship and professional development series held January through June 2027. Each month, participants hear directly from women who have successfully turned their skills, experience, talents, or expertise into businesses and new income opportunities. The focus is on the real journey—how they moved from traditional employment, identified what they could monetize, found customers, and built something of their own.
