Workforce Development Solutions (WDS) supports organizations implementing state- and federally funded workforce programs by helping them meet grant requirements without overextending their internal teams. WDS provides customized curriculum development, workforce training and facilitation, and community engagement support that can strengthen employer connections, mentors, speakers, referral partners, and overall program reach.
Depending on the needs of the grant, WDS can serve as a curriculum partner, training partner, or comprehensive workforce development partner—working alongside existing staff so their team can stay focused on participant services, case management, compliance, reporting, and overall program administration.
