The Excellence Is Required™ Conference is an annual professional development experience designed to give women the opportunity to intentionally invest in themselves.

Women from different generations, industries, backgrounds, and life experiences come together for a powerful afternoon focused on personal growth, professional development, and business success.

 

Through engaging speakers, practical learning, meaningful networking, and access to valuable resources, attendees are encouraged to recognize their value, strengthen their skills, expand their networks, and pursue new opportunities.

The conference serves young women, emerging professionals, entrepreneurs, and seasoned professionals seeking greater confidence, stronger connections, practical strategies, and opportunities for career, business, and leadership growth.​ This is more than an inspirational event. Our goal is for every woman to leave with new connections, practical resources, a clear plan of action, and the mindset that she is the CEO of her own life—equipped to make intentional decisions about her future.

Each attendee receives an Excellence2Execute Manual along with a copy of the book, Excellence Is Required, providing tools and resources attendees can continue using long after the conference ends.
