SCHOLARSHIP ENTRY FORM

To be eligible, students must attend one of the high schools for the IMPACT College & Career Summit Tour (if unsure, ask your Counselor).

 Are you a junior-level student who will be a senior next academic school year? If you plan to attend an accredited two-year, four-year or trade school please complete the form below and submit your essay no later than May 15.
