SMART Goals & Time Management
The workshop introduces the SMART goal-setting framework, which helps participants create goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. By learning how to break large goals into manageable steps, participants gain clarity on what they want to accomplish and how to track their progress. Through guided activities and examples, participants practice transforming vague ideas into concrete and actionable goals.
In addition to goal setting, the workshop emphasizes effective time management techniques that help individuals prioritize tasks and reduce procrastination. Participants explore strategies such as task prioritization, scheduling, planning ahead, and minimizing distractions. These techniques enable individuals to allocate their time more efficiently and stay focused on their most important responsibilities.

Financial Literacy
A major focus of the workshop is preparing financially to purchase a vehicle. Participants will learn how credit scores affect auto loan approvals and interest rates, along with steps to strengthen their credit before visiting a dealership. The session also covers smart purchasing strategies, including the best times of the month and year to buy a car, how to research pricing, and which trusted websites to use when evaluating used vehicles. Participants will also gain insight into the car-buying process—from negotiating price and financing to understanding warranties and dealership add-ons—so they can confidently navigate both new and used car purchases while avoiding common pitfalls.

Emotional Intelligence & Network Building
This workshop helps participants develop the interpersonal skills needed to succeed in both academic and workplace environments. The session focuses on emotional intelligence, teaching participants how to recognize, understand, and manage their emotions while responding effectively to others. The workshop also provides practical guidance on presenting oneself consistently across platforms, helping participants build a credible, professional image that supports networking, career advancement, and new opportunities.
Participants will learn how to use social media strategically, ensuring their online presence supports their career goals rather than harming potential opportunities. Topics include managing digital footprints, creating professional profiles, and understanding what employers may review online.

This workshop highlights the importance of self-care and emotional health for personal and professional success. Participants will learn practical strategies for managing stress, setting healthy routines, and recognizing personal limits. Participants will also learn how to identify early signs of emotional fatigue and implement simple practices that support balance and resilience. By the end of the session, participants will understand how prioritizing emotional well-being supports focus, resilience, and stronger relationships.
